It’s interesting how a movie I saw only once in my life influenced so much my way of perceiving things. The first time I saw “The Giver” was two years ago when I was bored in my room looking for some movie on TV. The protagonist of this movie of strange name, was the handsome Brenton Thwaites who is also the main character of the last film of the saga “the blue lagoon”.
"The Giver" is about a world where the memories of all people have been erased from their minds to avoid the tragedy and chaos that emotions, knowledge and power generated in the world. At the beginning the film is in black and white because the colors do not exist in the minds of the characters and only one person is the one who secretly keeps the memories of the whole history of humanity. Noa, the protagonist who becomes the keeper of memories, feels that the rest of the world must remember again and stop living like robots. It’s my favorite movie because I’m excited to think that memories are the basis of humanity and those that make us feel alive.
And if we did not have memory?

Wow I didn’t know this movie but I already wanted to see it!!!
